Preparation
Use a spiral slicer to make zucchini noodles (zoodles).Â
Thread shrimp onto bamboo skewers.Â
Heat grill pan over medium-high heat. Spray pan with oil, or brush with oil.Â
Brush shrimp with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Â
Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side or until opaque and cooked through.Â
Warm WATCHAREE'S Thai green curry sauce in a sauce pan.Â
Add zoodles and cook for a few minutes to retain a nice firm texture. Serve with grilled shrimp.
