Do you have leftover grilled beef or other leftover meat in your refrigerator? Use our Thai red curry sauce to create a quick and healthy dish will add some zest to your busy day.
Preparation
Heat the oil in a wok or a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until translucent.
Add sliced bell pepper and leftover beef.
Add Thai red curry sauce and stirfry until bell pepper is cooked for about 2-3 minutes.
Add fresh basil, stir until just wilted for about 30 seconds.
Turn off the heat and enjoy over rice or noodles.Â
