Preparation
Lightly rub pork chops with salt and pepper.Â
Heat oil in a skillet or a grill pan over medium-low heat.Â
Add the pork chops and sear 5-7 minutes on each side or until browned and the juices are clear.  Set aside.Â
Pour WATCHAREE'S Thai Yellow Curry Sauce in a saucepan or wok and cook with medium heat until boiling.Â
Remove from heat and pour over the seared pork loin chops and serve with jasmine or brown rice.
