Air-fried T-bone stake with Coconut Curry Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup WATCHAREE’S Thai Coconut Curry Sauce

  • 2 pieces T-bone steak 

  • 1-2 tbs oil

  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Pat dry the T-bone steak and rub the oil on both sides 

  2. Add salt and pepper to taste

  3. Place the steak in an air fryer basket and air fry at 400F for 5-6 minutes on one side depending on thickness.

  4. Flip over and cook to your liking.  Use an instant meat thermometer to check the internal temperature – medium rare at 130F, medium at 140-150F and well done at 160F.
